XOS Also known as xylo-oligosaccharides, it is a functional polymer sugar composed of 2-7 xylose molecules combined with β-1,4 glycosidic bonds. The main components are xylobiose, xylotriose and xylotetraose. Compared with commonly used soybean oligosaccharides, fructooligosaccharides, isomalt oligosaccharides, etc., it has unique advantages.

 

The sweetness is 40% of that of sucrose, and it has the same sweet texture as sugar

Good acid and thermal stability, good storage and use stability
